How do I place an order?
Lubaik products are currently available for purchase only online. We hope to build a strong reseller and distributor channel to come to store near you soon.
Our automated online store is secure and easy to use. As you shop, simply click on the "add to cart" icon for any item you would like to purchase and it will automatically be added to your virtual shopping cart. When you are done shopping, just click on the "checkout" link at the top of the page and follow the simple instructions to complete your order. Shipping will be calculated automatically for you according to your location, and you will be given a total before finalizing your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Under federal law, we are not obligated to collect sales tax from shipments to customers outside of Illinois. We do collect 8.75% sales tax from customers within Illinois.
When will my credit card be billed?
Lubaik charges your credit card on the day your order ships. We do not charge you for backordered items until they ship.
Do you accept orders from international customers?
International customers wishing to place an order with Lubaik cannot currently do so. We appreciate your interest in our products and are working to make them available to you in the near future.
When will my order ship?
We strive to provide fast shipping at reasonable prices to all our customers. We expect the orders currently to take 6 to 7 weeks to ship due to order backlog. We are working to significantly reduce this time.
When will my order arrive?
Orders shipping within the United Sates:
UPS ground shipping: 5-10 business days
UPS Next Day air or Second Day Air: 1-2 business days.
Please Note: UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as delivery days or "time in transit" days.
How much is shipping?
We ship all orders to continental U.S. destinations via USPS, UPS or FedEx services. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.
What are your shipping policies?
For security and protection the following shipping policies apply to orders shipped inside the US:
• All high value shipments are sent "signature required"
• Lubaik Products may be shipped only to the credit cards billing address unless an alternate address is added on file with your credit card company. Please email us if you have questions.
• To help protect the privacy and security of your order, our shipping label will show "Lubaik” as the shipper.
• We cannot specify for the delivery company to leave a box at your house if you are not home. We ask that you leave a note for the delivery driver if you will not be home when your shipment arrives.
• We can put notes such as "deliver to back door" on the shipping label. Please put these in the special instructions box on your order form, or tell your salesperson.
• All Next Day Air shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
• All packages shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the specific carrier used.
Will I be able to track my order?
All customers who place orders online will automatically receive shipment and tracking notification via email after the order has shipped.
What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
If you should receive a shipment from Lubaik that has been damaged, please contact us right away. Any claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.
IfIf you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us immediately so we can start a tracer with the delivery company and resolve it for you as quickly as possible. Tracers generally take 5-7 days to complete.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is your satisfaction; therefore we offer the following return policy.
You can return any new and unopened product to us for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping, as long as it is received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you.
All returns must include the following:
1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). (See "How to Return an Item" for information on getting an RMA.)
4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
5. All product accessories.
6. All product documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
We cannot accept used items for credit or refund.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
How do I return an item?
If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by Lubaik.com. By requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse.
If you would like to return an item please contact us at support@lubaik.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before sending the item back. This number must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Returns received without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory-sealed box, provided there is no restocking fee for defective products.
Please allow up to 14 days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse. Delivery times vary based on shipping carrier. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of the item.
Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only by the same method of payment used on the original order.
How do I exchange an item?
We will exchange any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale at no charge provided you first ship the defective item back to our warehouse postage paid. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for instructions.
You may also exchange any new and unopened item within 30 days from the date of sale. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number before sending any item back.
We offer free return shipping on exchanges. Simply contact us and we will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label.
